Accepting the challenges offered by Danfoss' international environment represents the greatest opportunity for development, both professional and personal, for the majority of our employees.
 
We try to recognize their wishes and expectations and at the same time provide them with feedback regarding their performance through a constant dialog with the management.
We decided to be active in several fields, such as support and consideration of internationally recognized human rights, protection of employees' rights, fight against all types of extortion, child labour, discrimination in the workplace, and corruption, including extortion and bribery.
 
On our initiative a non-governmental and non-profit organisation Junior Achievement - Young Enterprise (JA-YE) was founded in Slovenija 2003. It has provided free business and economics education for youth ever since.
